BKB gave the Dutch music pioneer Tom Holkenborg (a.k.a. Junkie XL) an MTV camera and sent him on a trip through the new Europe to shoot cross-border youth cultures and groundbreaking music styles. On his journey, he invited different artists to perform at the European Dance Event. A sold-out Melkweg in Amsterdam saw dazzling performances from European stars including Yonderboi (Hungary), Looptroop (Sweden) and the DJs Murat Uncuoglu (Turkey) and LaDiDa (Czech Republic). There was also a programme of short films, stand-up comedians and, of course, discussions about young people, music and Europe.

At the request of the European Commission in the Netherlands and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, BKB managed the organisation of this large cross-over event in cooperation with MTV, Radio 3FM and the New Revue.
